It's a snipermap because there are too few snipermaps published. This is a small city with lots of places to hide and shoot from. Nice moving water and neon lights. Shoot your targets from high or low places. Have lots of fun with this map. I want to say special thanks to [UJE]C for his help with adjusting the map, the scripting and the shaders.
